Vic Zhou Ella Chen Xiao Xiaobin Yang Mi Movie Summarize: This is a heart-warming family comedy. Ah Bee (Vic Zhou) is a man who is waiting around for his ex-wife to return to him. And there's a spunky-tomboy-girl, Maniu (Ella Chen), who cooks his meals, launders his clothes and constantly reminds him of what a loser he is. Ah Bee's ex wife, Jiawei (Yang Mi) returns six years later asking a favour to take care of their son she never told him after she left him, Binbin (Xiao Xiaobin). When Ah Bee take care of Binbin, the scene of father-son bond recently seen. Ah Bee love the kids and time by time, Binbin also feel the same. Time comes for Binbin to return to his mum and head to US, but it's hard for Binbin and Ah Bee to release each other, but it still comes the time for Binbin fly to US. Ah Bee resume his motorbike racing career and continue his life in a better way than before, until come the surprise-day for him. First time I saw this movie, I feel lil' bit shock because of Vic Zhou appearance, he looks very skinny and his skin look darker, but I think his new look make he looks more manly. I think, this is a good movie, we can see a lot of father-son bound scene that can make us miss our dad. Perfect Two's scene

POPULAR CHIPS IN BANDUNG

Recently, there are a lot of spicy chips that become popular in Bandung, actually these chips are just regular cassava chips flavored with garlic, chili powder and salt, but it comes with many different variations.
The most famous spicy chips is Maicih, since its launch a year ago, the fame of Maicih chips is skyrocketed and become hot topics, especially among young people. The genius marketing strategy via social network such as Facebook and Twitter make this chips become unique than the other chips seller, in that genius strategy case, Maicih chips is not sold in regular supermarkets or snack shops but in particular and determine location that can only be known through twitter. There are 10 levels of hotness/spiciness in Maicih, level 1 to 10 but the popular ones are the level 3 (gray colored packaging) and level 5 (colored red packaging).
Besides Maicih, there are also Karuhun which almost sells the same product with the same marketing strategies. The differences between Karuhun and Maicih are on their price, which Karuhun is cheaper than Maicih, and on the taste of the chips, which Karuhun are more crispy but not too spicy and Maicih are not too crispy but more spicy. But in the end, it all depends on the taste of consumers to choose Maicih or Karuhun, because they were both well known and have their own specialities.

Keanarkisan Demonstrasi

Well, before we go too far, di sini gw hanya kepingin ngebahas demonstrasi dari segi kemanusiaan (menurut pandangan gw tentunya) bukan dari segi politik.

DEMONSTRASI
Recently, I don't know why, this word is closely related to the "RIOTS". Padahal demonstrasi itu sendiri dapat disampaikan dengan damai, tanpa adanya pengrusakan, kerusuhan, penjarahan dan lain sebagainya.
Can you imagine, di saat lo melakukan demonstrasi, dan di saat lo melukai orang lain, orang yang lo lukai itu adalah saudara setanah air lo sendiri. Atau bahkan di saat lo melakukan pengahadangan atau kerusuhan di jalanan, pernah ngga lo berfikir, mungkin di saat lo melakukan itu, ada seseorang yang harus menerima dampak buruk baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, misalnya saja, di saat lo melempar benda apapun dengan brutalnya, mungkin di sudut jalan sana ada seorang anak kecil yang tidak tau apa-apa dan harus meregang nyawa karena lemparan lo, it can be happen.

Bahkan, pernah ngga lo berfikir, polisi-polisi yang harus berjaga berhari-hari meninggalkan keluarganya untuk mengamankan demonstrasi, dan bukannya gw berlebihan, bahkan mereka tidak tahu dalam "kondisi" seperti apa mereka akan pulang ke rumahnya kelak.
Remember, I'm talking about the anarchy's one.

Come on, ini era demokrasi, lo bebas menyuarakan pendapat lo, tapi bukan berarti aspirasi kita harus selalu diwarnai dengan kerusuhan kan??
Gw ngga pernah "tidak setuju" dengan demonstrasi, tapi yang gw tidak setujui adalah "keanarkisan" dalam demonstrasi yang dapat membawa keterpurukan yang jauh lebih besar lagi, bukannya malah memecahkan masalah.

Yang lo rusak itu adalah negri lo sendiri, bukan negri orang lain.
Yang meregang nyawa akibat ulah lo adalah saudara setanah air lo sendiri

Healthy Life

"Healthy Life"
Two words that easy to say but not easy to do.

Setelah beberapa bulan ini gw mencoba untuk menjalani pola hidup sehat ini, gw merasakan bebrapa "Get Some and "Lose Some".
here we go:

Get Some:
-of course a healthy body, gw jadi jarang sakit even terkadang badan pegel2 efek fitnes (gw memilih fitnes untuk pola olah raga gw)

-tingkat konsentrasi bertambah

-for me, losing my weight, it's a good "get some" i think. Emang sih awalnya gw fokus penuh ke weight loss ini, tapi semakin ke sini, gw semakin mengerti, kalo hidup sehat itu ngga melulu harus mengurangi angka di timbangan aja. For example, maybe the needle in the scale not move to the left, but hey, how 'bout the size of your body? try to measured your body using a tap measured

-semakin rajin untuk mencari tahu "gimana sih pola hidup sehat yang benar?"

-hidup semakin teratur

-long term healthy life. Saat lo memutuskan untuk memulai hidup sehat hari ini (and do it solemnly) then say hello to healthy you in the future

Loss some:

-say bye buat sering-sering makan junk food, instant noodle, ice cream, etc. (yes, it's hard)

-godaan yang begitu besar yg datang dari lingkungan sekitar (friends or family) seringkali membuat kita terpaksa berjuang lebih keras untuk menahan diri

-kebingungan dan (sometimes) kejenuhan dalam mengikuti pola hidup sehat yang terkadang terlalu teratur dan membosankan

so, what's your choices??
